Electronic Campus Institutional Data Entry

Welcome to the Electronic Campus Institutional Data Entry System. IDE is an interactive area for inputting course and program information for the Electronic Campus. Courses and programs entered via IDE, are visible on the Electronic Campus, TheTeacherCenter.org and distance learning sites of selected states. This site is designed for use by state and institutional Electronic Campus coordinators.

Follow these steps to begin:

Read the Quick Start Information.
Read the overview.
If you are a new user you must register.
Log in to the Electronic Campus IDE.
Information and help for the Electronic Campus can be found under the Guidelines.

Web browsers and IDE

In order to take full advantage of the display features and input tools, users strongly are urged to use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Cookies must be enabled in order to sign in and use IDE.

If you have forgotten your login name or password, you can have your password emailed to you - just click the button on the log in page. If you can not remember your log in name, send an email to idehelp@sreb.org. Course and program records are tied to specific log in account, and if you register and login a second time, you will be unable to view and edit previously entered courses and/or programs.
